Aerial Hoop for the Not So Flexible (YES! It's Possible!)

When inviting people to try aerial hoop at Elite Aerial Arts, most of the time their initial and candid reaction would be, "hindi naman ako marunong mag-split". Perhaps it's because they are accustomed to seeing photos or videos of professionals online. They're drawn too much by the insane tricks that they disregard the fact that they were once beginners too.
I'm doing this post to show you that there's nothing to be intimidated about because there are doable tricks for newbies regardless your fitness background. Let me show you a few tricks that I'll teach you on your first few sessions when you join my classes at Elite Aerial Arts.
