Aerial Hoop for the Not So Flexible (YES! It's Possible!)

Updated: Aug 24, 2018

Nesh Zamora is the owner of Elite Aerial Arts. She teaches aerial silk and aerial hoop for both beginner and advanced students.

When inviting people to try aerial hoop at Elite Aerial Arts, most of the time their initial and candid reaction would be, "hindi naman ako marunong mag-split". Perhaps it's because they are accustomed to seeing photos or videos of professionals online. They're drawn too much by the insane tricks that they disregard the fact that they were once beginners too.

I'm doing this post to show you that there's nothing to be intimidated about because there are doable tricks for newbies regardless your fitness background. Let me show you a few tricks that I'll teach you on your first few sessions when you join my classes at Elite Aerial Arts.

Stag Seat

Arabesque

Cradle

Back Balance (variation)

Gazelle

Single Hocks Hang (on top bar)

Reverse Man in the Moon

Come visit Elite Aerial Arts at 143 Maginhawa St. Sikatuna Village, Diliman, Quezon City. We have classes exclusive for beginners. Learn the basics of aerial hoop in a safe and encouraging environment with us.

If you're looking to up your game and improve your flexibility, we also have flexibility training class (power stretch) that will help you reach your goal. After all, flexibility is a product of hard work and consistency. In fact, I'm still working on mine at the moment. I hope that's somehow inspiring. Hey, why not train with me? Give that a thought.

See you in class!
